The Insight Show is declining in size and is increasingly becoming a mostly UK event. Apart from a strong French presence, it was easy to keep track of the foreigners. We almost managed to catch all Scandinvians present with our camera.

Swedish Victor Bergh disappeared from our radar some time ago when he quit London and Research Now. It turned out he followed his girlfriend to Barcelona, tried to work at a distance for Research Now, but got a better offer from Netquest, the leading online research company in the Spanish-speaking world.

MI Pro had closed their Oslo office to present the latest version of their survey-building-and-analyzing-software to the world.

Business Administration PhD Annika Hall was in town for a yoga teacher training and popped in for the Research Club. She had lots in common with Christina Tidics, marketing manager of Intervjubolaget, the only Ipsos company not called Ipsos.

Danish Ea Gram (right) has also left Research Now to boost UK sales at Cint, one of the few Scandinavian exhibitors at the fair.

Norwegian-based software company Confirmit is so well known they can focus more on football than on business.

Fredrik Nauckhoff has stopped working for Markelytics and helps Cross-Tabs instead. Unfortunately he was not at the stand when we had the camera ready. Maybe he was seeing his friends at Cint, where he is still part of the board?

Niklas Lundvall was of course in London to present Intervjubolaget. On the afternoon of the last day, his two very well-mannered sons turned up and daddy gave them a tour around the premises.

Daniel Lemon, CEO of Intervjubolaget, also brought his two kids, but he made them work at his stand, so by the time this picture was taken, they were too exhausted to be around anymore. Or had they discovered the open bar at the Research Club?

Swedes turn up where you least expect them. Manning the stand for Belgian Insites Consulting was Lisa Ohlin, who has a Swedish father and a Dutch mother.
Norstat was also present in the form av Pål Listuen and Kaspar Jänes, but they were too fast in their hunt for interesting booths that they couldn't be caught on camera.
